TERRIBLE SERVICE: One of the worst banks in the country and probably the worst branch too at Coles Rd, Frazer Town, Bangalore. Nobody is bothered or interested to help you.

I've tried to get online access to my NRE account since 2015. The credentials sent to me to login don't work and till now nobody has bothered. You wonder if they know what customer service is. Instead of helping you, they will try to restrict your access as though you are a criminal.

The worst arrogant attitude one can experience.

I recently tried again and the Manager Halder asked for documents all of which I sent immediately. It's been 2 weeks and nothing as usual, no courtesy. I even dropped him an email 5 days ago asking about the status of my account credentials with no response. All these inept overpaid, useless clowns work at this branch.

If the Manger is clueless and does not reply, what service can one expect from the staff?.

The entire place is pathetic and disgraceful and needs a complete overhaul. They should be ashamed of themselves.

In 2018, I went to the bank with passport, passbook and photos and still they were not able to help me. Not even to log into my account. These inept, clueless people are getting paid for doing nothing.

Disgraceful is too good a word. The Manager just brushed me off telling me 'you go there', they will help you. He spends his day in the cabin talking on the phone and admiring his computer screen. One of the worst banks if not the worst bank.

Now, they tell me that the account is dormant and I have to send them all sorts of documents in order to activate the account. For nearly a decade of trying, they could not provide me valid account credentials to log in online.

Can you imagine that?. No amount of emails and calls and in person visit helped.

Yep and I worked in IT for 30 years, but these donkeys are like in the stone age. Even Yahoo and Google help resolve login issues in few minutes but these disgraceful people are not worth anything.

I am Kesavan Guruswamy, a retired Director from Ministry of Labour, Government of India. A staunch customer of Canara Bank since 1980's.

My monthly pension is currently being deposited in my account at Canara Bank at Kotturpuram branch, Chennai , TamilNadu, India.

I am currently living with my son in Toronto, Canada, since June 2022. The issue that i am having is that , I am unable make any online payments, either through online netbanking , or through Canara ai1 app.

As a pensioner, I am unable to pay my utility bills in India, since July 2022. This non payment of dues is making me pay late fee penalties.

I have been corresponding with

Canara Bank Kotturpuram branch since July 2022 , when i had issue with logging into Canara bank mobile app. No one from this branch at Kotturpuram is unable help me resolve my technical issue nor my account issue.

Please intervene to help me get a resolution at the earliest for me to be able to pay my utility bill dues on time.
